Abstract

The internalization of college students' employment is not a unique social phenomenon in contemporary times, but a historical existence that runs through various stages of productivity development. However, influenced by multiple factors, it has shown a significant intensification trend in recent years and has become a hot issue of widespread social concern. This study takes historical materialism as the theoretical foundation, and reveals the historical inevitability of the intensification of employment internalization from three dimensions: the refined evolution of social division of labor, the impact of the technological revolution of machine replacement of manual labor, and the cognitive bias of group consciousness in the network era. Combined with the characteristics of the current domestic employment market, it proposes to construct a diversified and collaborative relief path from the dimensions of reconstructing production relations, optimizing education supply, and cultivating subjective value, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for solving structural contradictions in employment in the new era.
